At voco Grand Central Hotel, we are looking for a Breakfast Manager (Full-Time) to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests! Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgow’s city centre, bringing together un-stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike. Holding the biggest ballroom in Scotland with natural light and our iconic award-winning Champagne Central Bar, our Hotel is full of over 140 years of culture, history and story-telling with our relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy.

As a Breakfast Manager your main duties and responsibilities will be managing our breakfast team to ensure a voco standard breakfast service and consistently improving our breakfast scores! Our Breakfast Manager will be in charge of rotas, recruitment and training of our breakfast team and you will be someone who enjoys developing team members to reach their full potential. You will work closely with the other F&B Managers and our F&B Operations Manager, to ensure consistent guest experiences and escalate any issues. As part of this role, you will also oversee our Afternoon Tea service and manage any annual leave requests and sickness.
We are looking for someone who has:
- F&B Management experience within a Hotel environment, it would be beneficial if you have specifically managed a busy Breakfast team with multiple part-time team members.
- Passion for providing excellent guest service, keen to always go above and beyond to improve Hotel Breakfast scores and provide great experiences for guests and external customers.
- Experience managing a team with diverse needs, you will be someone who enjoys ensuring the teams needs are being catered to and that you are there to support when needed.
- Overall, ready to work in our voco team and provide our guests with a warm Glasgow welcome!
