At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Pastry Commis Chef to join the team on a 10 Month Fixed Term Contract.

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic culinary team as our Pastry Commis Chef on a 10 month fixed term contract. You will be working closely with our talented chefs giving you the opportunity to learn and gain valuable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the pastry chef in creating desserts, petits-fours, and breads in our well-equipped pastry kitchen.
  • Preparing and baking pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, sweets, and pies according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensuring that the pastry and bakery areas are clean and well maintained and following the cleaning checklists.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion, a creative flair, an eye for detail, and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service.
