We are looking for an authentic and driven Front Office Receptionist (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We’re a little bit classic, a little bit rebellious and always full of character! From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
What do you need to be a Front Office Receptionist? Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Checking in and out our guests
- Dealing with any queries or complaints
- Welcoming our guests to the city
- Interacting with guests to encourage them to join our loyalty program
- Providing special experiences and recognising our loyal IHG One Rewards members
We are looking for someone who has:
- Availability to work 40 hours across 5 shifts per week (shift times vary)
- Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
- A passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests
- Confidence working on Hotel systems, experience with Opera cloud specifically is a big plus
- A willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team
- A drive to produce results and deliver extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
- A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day
