Hotel Indigo Gloucester is looking for Chef De Partie to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life! Hotel Indigo Gloucester is set to open in 2025, offering a free-spirited experience for our guests enriched with local culture. Nestled in the heart of the neighbourhood and built on the site of the White Priory, we embrace the concept of storytelling-by-design. Artefacts rescued from the site are now showcased in the Gloucester Museum, linking our hotel to this city’s multi-layered history. As Gloucester thrives with its diverse industries and culture, Hotel Indigo will become a vibrant part of the city’s evolving narrative.
As a Chef De Partie (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties:
- Preparing and presenting our dishes with style and precision (you will be creating excellent culinary and visual experiences for our guests) – experience working as a CDP within a similar environment is essential for this role!
- Ensuring our Kitchen environment is safe and organised (you will work with our Team of chefs to ensure a safe environment for everyone) - City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent qualification is required.
- Working within a Team (you will be working closely with all levels of Chefs and expected to help each other out when needed) – clear communication and being a team player is the type of person we are looking for!
