At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member – Luxury Fine Dining to join our team in Theo Randall’s award-winning Italian Restaurant, with an immediate start!

Our hotel redefines traditional luxury, offering a blend of modernity and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in a luxury fine dining environment? We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Member to join our award-winning restaurant team. You will take ownership of your own section, delivering impeccable, personalised service while creating memorable dining experiences in one of London’s leading luxury hotels.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring every guest receives attentive, seamless service from arrival to departure.
  • Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and confidently recommend dishes and wines.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of menus, daily specials and allergens.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
  • Prepare and maintain the restaurant to impeccable luxury standards.
  • Support and guide colleagues, leading by example during service.
  • Handle guest queries professionally and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and health & safety.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Confidence managing your own section in a fast-paced service environment.
  • A genuine passion for exceptional hospitality and guest service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
