A fantastic opportunity for a Fitness Instructor to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square on a 24-hour per week contract! You will earn £13.20 per hour, plus additional incentives for picking up classes, and you can earn additional incentives for 1-2-1 training sessions if you are Fitness Level 3 qualified!

As a Fitness Instructor, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the overall guest experience in our Spa and Leisure setting through:
- Answering guest queries
- Being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations
- Taking fitness classes with our guests
- Ensuring our fitness areas are clean and safe
- Going above and beyond to make sure guests leave with a smile
