Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection is on the lookout for a passionate Human Resources Coordinator to join the team! Joining the IHG portfolio in Summer 2026 as Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection marks the brand’s first property in London. Set in the heart of Canary Wharf with stunning views across the River Thames and London skyline, the hotel features 142 luxurious guestrooms and suites, stylish dining spaces, meeting and events facilities and access to a luxury health club, spa and pool.
We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time across 40 hours per week. Please note this is a fixed-term contract for 9-months.
To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience:
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the HR function, ensuring employee records and documentation are maintained accurately.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to deliver a positive colleague experience.
- Providing first-line HR support to managers and employees, responding to queries in a professional and confidential manner.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Previous HR, administrative or people-focused experience would be advantageous.
