voco Grand Central Hotel, we are looking for a Full Time Breakfast Manager to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests! Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgow’s city centre, bringing together un-stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike. Holding the biggest ballroom in Scotland with natural light and our iconic award-winning Champagne Central Bar, our Hotel is full of over 140 years of culture, history, and storytelling with our relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy. As our Breakfast Manager, you will lead and inspire the breakfast team to deliver an exceptional voco-standard breakfast experience every day. You’ll take ownership of team management, including recruitment, rotas, and training, ensuring our people are supported, motivated, and performing at their best. Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage management team, you’ll focus on driving guest satisfaction and continuously improving our breakfast scores. Alongside breakfast service, you’ll also oversee our Afternoon Tea offering, ensuring consistency in quality and service across both areas. With a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable mornings and a warm Glasgow welcome for every guest. We’re looking for someone who has: Proven F&B management experience within a hotel environment – experience managing a busy breakfast team is highly advantageous.
