We're seeking a dynamic Bars Manager with experience across luxury hotel bars, high-end restaurant bars, or stand-alone cocktail venues. You’ll be the creative and operational lead across all bar-focused areas, driving excellence in guest experience, team performance, and commercial results.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nOversee daily operations across Fitz’s bar, the Parlour, Summer Terrace, Lobby and Snug\\n\\nBuild, stabilise and lead high-performing bar teams, fostering a positive and growth-oriented culture.\\n\\nSpearhead creative drink development, seasonal menus and concept innovation that reflect the venue’s unique style.\\n\\nDrive service standards, training, and upskilling to elevate team knowledge and guest interaction.\\n\\nWork cross-functionally with Events, Kitchen, and Front of House to ensure smooth service and premium guest experiences.\\n\\nManage budgets, cost control, and P&L responsibilities – knowing how to balance creativity with commercial acumen.\\n\\nMaintain and grow a network within the industry, bringing in new ideas, trends, and talent.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\nAt least 2 years' experience in a similar multi-outlet leadership role in a high-end bar or luxury hotel setting\\n\\nDeep knowledge of mixology, bar trends, spirits, and menu development\\n\\nProven ability to lead, mentor and inspire bar teams with hands-on management.\\n\\nExperience stabilising teams and implementing structure and service excellence.\\n\\nStrong financial understanding and the ability to balance innovation with profitability.\\n\\nA proactive, passionate individual who’s culturally aligned with our vision and excited to put our bars on the map.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Get:\\n\\nThe autonomy to lead creatively and strategically.\\n\\nA supportive environment where your ideas are valued.\\n\\nThe chance to work with a fabulous, dedicated team and help elevate them to new heights.\\n\\nRoom to grow your career in a well-established, forward-thinking hotel group.\\n\\nIf you’re ready for a challenge and thrive on crafting elevated guest experiences through visionary leadership and drink innovation, we’d love to hear from you.\\n\\nDo you have what it takes to be our next Bars Manager?
