Nestled in the iconic Beetham Tower, this hotel features 279 elegantly designed rooms with stunning skyline views. As a Leisure Attendant, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the overall guest experience in our Health Club through:
- Answering guest queries
- Being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations
- Assisting in the smooth running of our leisure facilities
- Ensuring our fitness areas are clean and safe
- Going above and beyond to make sure guests leave with a smile
We are looking for someone who has:
- Availability to work 4 hours per week across 1 shift; weekend availability is essential
- Experience working within a Health Club, Leisure, or similar environment (ideally within a hotel environment)
- A Level 2 Pool Lifeguard or Pool Responder qualification is essential for this role. Training opportunities are available for suitable candidates who have not yet obtained it
- Knowledge of Health and Safety practices; confident in maintaining a hygienic environment
- Drive to produce results – we work together within the Manchester Deansgate family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
