Responsibilities
- Build relationships with guests and ensure they are welcomed; maintain team awareness of guest preferences.
- Deliver high‑quality service standards and collaborate with other team members across the hotel.
- Proactively upsell to drive revenue within private dining room spaces.
- Handle guests’ queries and solve problems efficiently.
