As the Spa Treatment Manager, we will support you to:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Treatments Manager to lead our team of skilled therapists and ensure the delivery of exceptional, 5-star treatments in one of Glasgow’s most iconic luxury spas. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for training and developing your team, conducting treatment audits, managing treatment stock, and collaborating on treatment menu innovations. You’ll play a key part in creating a culture of excellence, well-being, and continuous improvement—ensuring that every guest leaves feeling restored, valued, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop the spa therapist team
- Ensure treatments meet 5-star luxury standards through coaching and audits
- Deliver and coordinate in-house and external training
- Manage treatment product stock and supplier relationships
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and treatment availability
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in a senior therapist or treatment management role in a luxury spa
- Recognised qualifications in beauty or complementary therapies (HND or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Passion for wellness, guest satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery
