Join IHG as our Director, Global Residential Portfolio Management for Branded Residences, where you’ll steer strategy, portfolio performance and global project delivery across our luxury residential brands, including Six Senses. If you thrive on orchestrating complex programmes, aligning cross-functional teams and elevating owner experience worldwide, this role will put you at the heart of our fastest-growing segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the global residential strategy, acting as PMO for all projects and ensuring functional alignment and a scalable support model.
- Manage and optimise the branded-residence portfolio, feeding insights into product, design and pricing to protect brand consistency and financial targets.
- Champion product differentiation and homeowner satisfaction by embedding service standards, loyalty initiatives and best-practice training.
- Oversee property onboarding and operational readiness, adapting brand standards to local markets while safeguarding luxury positioning.
- Lead strategic initiatives and provide hands-on project support across EMEAA and other regions, ensuring rigorous governance and clear RACI frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven strategic leader with significant experience in project management/PMO across hospitality, real estate or consulting.
- Deep understanding of luxury residential and hotel markets, including branded-residence business models and full lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, adept at guiding multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior partners globally.
- Sharp financial and analytical acumen, able to balance product quality, owner value and licence-fee revenue.
