Full‐time positions, 65+ hours per fortnight. Flexible availability required for a variety of rostered shifts – mornings, evenings, overnight sleepovers, and every second weekend. $23.84–$29.10 per hour, depending on relevant qualifications.

It is about showing up, keeping calm when things are tough, and being someone others can rely on – you won’t be on your own; you will be fully trained and supported by a solid team that has your back.

  • Build independence – support people to learn everyday skills such as cooking, budgeting, and using public transport.
  • Support daily routines – help with personal care and medication.
  • Back goals and passions – encourage people to pursue interests, culture, and hobbies.
  • Support complex behaviours – provide calm, consistent support, always with dignity, safety, and respect.
  • Strengthen whānau and community connections – support people to stay connected to their people, culture, whakapapa, and community.
  • Promote health and wellbeing – support positive choices for physical, mental, and emotional health.
