Support Worker - South East Auckland (Behavioural Support)

Full‑time positions, 65+ hours per fortnight.

Flexible availability required for a variety of rostered shifts – mornings, evenings, overnight sleepovers, and every second weekend.

$23.84–$29.10 per hour, depending on relevant qualifications.

As a support worker you’ll walk alongside someone, helping them stay safe, manage emotions, and live a good life.

This is hands‑on, meaningful mahi, where your strength, patience, and presence truly matter.

It is about showing up, keeping calm when things are tough, and being someone others can rely on – you won’t be on your own; you’ll be fully trained and supported by a solid team that has your back.
