ihateironing is the UK's leading on-demand dry cleaning and laundry delivery network. We partner with local dry cleaners to bring high-quality care straight to people's doorsteps, all with just one tap. We operate in several UK cities and internationally in the USA.

We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive to join our small in-house team and support across multiple marketing channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to gain broad experience in a fast-paced, growing business.

What you'll do:

  • Paid Campaigns Support: Assisting in the creation, launch, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and search engines (Google/Bing).
  • CRM Support: Helping to manage email & CRM campaigns, including set up, segmentation, list management, and reporting.
  • Creative Asset Management: Coordinating with designers, influencers, and agencies to secure final creative assets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance across paid and CRM channels.
  • Organic Social Media: Helping develop our organic social media channels, from content planning to publishing.
  • Project Assistance: Providing ad-hoc support on Marketing and Brand projects, including research, planning, and execution of campaigns, photoshoots, and events.
  • Website Setup: Setting up and updating landing pages to support campaigns and new service area launches.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is a plus, but we welcome candidates with degrees in other fields who have relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within key digital marketing channels.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with reporting on data, spotting trends, and making suggestions for optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for collaborating with team members and coordinating with creative partners.
  • Interest in creative development and content production.
  • Keen eye for detail, especially for setting up mailing lists and landing pages.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, ready to jump between diverse tasks.
