Join a Business Investing in the Future of Learning

Location: Hybrid. Ideally based near Bracknell, with regular travel to our iHasco office expected. We will also consider outstanding candidates from elsewhere in the UK who are comfortable travelling as the role requires.

At iHasco, we believe workplace learning should be engaging, commercially successful and operationally excellent. As part of Citation Group, we're one of the UK's fastest-growing compliance businesses, supporting over 110,000 clients nationwide across Health & Safety, HR, Employment Law and Learning. Backed by KKR, Hg Capital and HarbourVest, we've completed more than 15 acquisitions in the last three years, and our ambition continues to grow.

Following the acquisition of Care Skills and Flexebee, we're bringing together two well-established learning brands to create a stronger, more scalable Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Assessment Centre proposition for the care sector. We're now looking for an experienced operational leader to help shape what that future looks like.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine transformation role. You'll join an ambitious, supportive and highly collaborative leadership team with the autonomy to influence how this part of the business evolves over the next 12 months. Rather than simply maintaining an existing operation, you'll have the opportunity to review how we work today, identify where improvements can be made and help build an operation that is scalable, efficient and commercially ready for future growth. It's a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing people together and creating sustainable improvements that leave a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead the operational development of our ILT and Assessment Centre proposition.
  • Review current processes, workflows and delivery models to improve efficiency and learner experience.
  • Introduce scalable ways of working that support future commercial growth.
  • Build strong operational governance, reporting and performance measures.
  • Work closely with delivery, commercial and customer teams to ensure operational capability keeps pace with business demand.
  • Support colleagues through change, creating clarity, consistency and confidence.
  • Use insight, data and feedback to drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and influencing. You'll probably bring experience from one or more of the following:

  • Operational leadership
  • Learning & Development
  • Education or Training
  • Apprenticeships
  • Assessment or Awarding Organisations
  • Customer Operations
  • Business Transformation
  • Operational Excellence

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can balance operational detail with strategic thinking and enjoys taking people on the journey with you. You'll have:

  • Experience leading operational improvement or transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Confidence making decisions and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • A passion for building high-performing teams and sustainable ways of working.

Why Join Us?

This role offers something genuinely different. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Join a growing business investing heavily in learning.
  • Work alongside an experienced and supportive leadership team.
  • Influence strategy, not just delivery.
  • Build something with long-term impact.
  • Leave behind an operation that is stronger, simpler and better positioned for growth.

For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on transformation in a business that is genuinely investing in the future of its learning proposition. If you enjoy creating order from complexity, improving operations and building something you're proud of, we'd love to hear from you.
