We're looking for a
Junior AEO & Social Content Creator to join the creative team at i Hasco , part of the Citation Group.
This isn't your typical junior content role.
We're looking for someone who's naturally creative, confident on camera and passionate about creating social-first content that people actually want to watch.
Whether you're filming behind-the-scenes content, presenting to camera, interviewing colleagues or turning long-form videos into engaging social clips, you'll play a key role in helping i Hasco grow its presence across social media and AI-powered search platforms.

The Role
As our Junior AEO & Social Content Creator, you'll help create and repurpose engaging content across You Tube Shorts, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and other social platforms.
You'll work closely with our creative team to transform existing videos, podcasts and course content into high-performing short-form content, while also creating original videos that showcase our people, expertise and culture.
This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills within an established in-house creative team while helping shape the future of content discovery through Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- What You'll Be Doing
- Creating engaging short-form content for You Tube Shorts, Tik Tok, Instagram Reels and Linked In.
- Repurposing existing video, podcast and course content into social-first assets.
- Filming presenter-led videos, behind-the-scenes content and interviews.
- Presenting confidently on camera when required.
- Interviewing colleagues and subject matter experts to create engaging stories.
- Editing content quickly and creatively for different social platforms.
- Keeping up to date with social media trends, audience behaviour and emerging AI search opportunities.
- Working with the wider marketing and creative teams to deliver content that increases engagement and visibility.

We're looking for someone early in their career with the confidence, creativity and ambition to become an exceptional content creator.
You'll ideally have
- A natural confidence in front of the camera.
- Experience creating engaging short-form content for social media.
- Strong storytelling instincts and an understanding of what grabs attention.
- Video filming and editing skills using cameras and/or mobile devices.
- A passion for platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In and You Tube.
- Great communication skills and the confidence to interview others.
- A proactive attitude with plenty of creative ideas.
- An interest in social media trends, content performance and AI-powered search.
