This role requires a confident communicator who can leverage all modern forms of business communication—including telephone, email, LinkedIn, video calls, messaging platforms, and CRM tools—to generate interest in our services and convert cold leads into warm opportunities.
- Use LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify, engage, and qualify prospects.
- Write compelling outreach emails and follow-ups to initiate conversations and promote our exhibition design services.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and update contact records with detailed notes.
- Conduct virtual discovery calls when necessary to qualify leads before passing to the sales team.
- Maintain a consistent volume of outreach activity while meeting or exceeding targets for leads.
- Attend occasional industry events, trade shows, or virtual expos to assist with live lead generation.
