IGT is seeking a commercially-minded Legal Counsel II to join their Corporate Support legal team in Salford, UK. This hybrid role focuses on supporting a technology-driven gaming business through commercial contract negotiation, data protection compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder management across EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Solicitor in the UK.
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced legal degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of relevant legal practice.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial B2B contracts.
- Working knowledge of UK and/or EU data protection regulations.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft and negotiate B2B contracts for hardware, software, and gaming services.
- Provide legal support for cash collection and sales operations teams.
- Advise on legal risk mitigation, pre-litigation disputes, and commercial relationship management.
- Assist in the management of external legal counsel and support Data Privacy/Subsidiary maintenance functions.
