We’re searching for talented Game Producers based in Manchester who are passionate about gaming and ensuring seamless player experiences. Our studio in Warsaw, Poland is at the heart of exciting projects within a dynamic and fast-growing environment. As a Game Producer you will help us create new digital casino games for a global audience by managing production of industry-leading casino slot and table games. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering casino games developed by our teams. You will work in a regulated industry, so attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and respect for rules are important.

• Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the main point of contact.
• Define project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth team communication.
• Identify and resolve project blockers, assess risks, and create backup plans when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.

• 5+ years managing online/mobile casino games or technical projects with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering quality products on time; familiar with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices.
• Strong communication, self-driven, proactive, and independent.
