We are looking for an experienced Director of Studio Engineering to lead and oversee technical operations at our Warsaw studio, driving innovation, efficiency, and the successful delivery of world-class digital games. Our studio in Warsaw, Poland is at the heart of exciting projects within a dynamic and fast-growing environment. What You Will Do

  • Define, standardize, and advance engineering practices across all PlayDigital gaming studios
  • Influence and guide Engineering Managers to ensure alignment with technical strategy and best practices
  • Lead cross-studio special projects, bringing together talent from multiple teams
  • Partner with GDK, RGS, and other technology groups to enhance platforms and drive innovation
  • Identify, evaluate, and lead the implementation of AI engineering initiatives across the organization
  • Act as a key technical consultant and advisor, supporting decision-making at multiple levels

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of leadership or managerial experience (strong individual contributors with consulting/influence experience are also considered)
  • 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry (slot-focused)
  • Full-stack engineering background with strong technical depth
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-team alignment
  • Strong consulting mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills
