About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in various markets. This position is suited for a driven professional with a proven track record in building strong client relationships, and an ability to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute business plans to establish the company as a leading B2B solutions provider.
- Increase the company's customer portfolio and market share.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify marketing opportunities that drive brand awareness and support business development efforts.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services and ensure that potential customers have a clear understanding of their value proposition.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant networking opportunities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, leveraging those relationships to drive profitable business growth.
- Develop and execute sales forecasts and plans, ensuring that targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Sell the full suite of products and services offered by the company, including white-label solutions, platform-only services, and games aggregator offerings.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, and be attentive to customer needs to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches that meet the needs of potential customers.
- Other duties as required to support the growth of the business.
About You
- Experience in business development or sales, ideally with a proven track record of achieving targets in the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrable success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Established network of contacts within the iGaming industry is an asset.
- Ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Fluency in Spanish will be considered a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel as required for business meetings, conferences, and market development initiatives.
