You’ll be part of a full‑service team of designers, developers and strategists who care about doing things properly from design and prototyping through to launch and beyond. - Supporting deployments and maintaining staging/live environments
- Using GIT, managing branches, and working collaboratively with other developers
- Thinking like a user and helping our clients build the right things, the right way
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS (SASS), JS
- Solid experience with WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify
- Familiarity with server setup, maintenance and hosting tools
- Comfortable working across multiple active projects
- Great communication and a collaborative mindset

- Interest in accessibility, UX best practices and performance optimisation
- A willingness to work on other projects and expand skill levels
- 5–10 years experience working in web development roles
It would be great if you had:
- Knowledge of CSS pre‑compilers (SASS) and CSS patterns
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Deployment
- Experience with Git
- Experience with gulp, yarn and modern dev environments (Docker, Vagrant etc.)
- Functional programming knowledge
- Examples of your commercial work
- Design sensibility or experience working closely with designers
Why People Like Working Here
We’re based in the Baltic Triangle in Liverpool and have built a team that enjoys working together and building things that make a real impact. We eat together once a week to ensure we build collaborative relationships with like minded people who like to have fun whilst they work. We know how important it is to enjoy coming to work every day, so we have lots of things in place that turn the idea of an average 9‑5 on its head:
- New top spec machine of your choice
- Flexible hybrid‑working
