Functional Assessor Requirements:
- MUST HAVE ACHIEVED DWP APPROVAL + ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Valid NMC/HCPC PIN
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as paramedic/nurse/physio/OT/pharmacist
- Appropriate work space within home setting that allows you to successfully complete your role, including broadband connection (equipment provided)
Functional Assessor Role:
- Homebased role
- Compile 5-6 assessments + reports a day once training is completed (depends on the role)
- Starting annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with yearly salary increases and yearly bonus
- Completion of Stage 1 training and quality checks
- Performance-related bonus of up to 10% paid quarterly on completion of quality checks
