You’ll assess claimants with a range of health conditions and disabilities, following DWP guidelines for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). Using your clinical knowledge and empathetic approach, you’ll produce clear, evidence‑based reports that support fair and accurate decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct telephone, video, and face‑to‑face assessments
- Gather and evaluate evidence to understand functional impact
- Produce accurate, concise reports using multiple IT systems
- Maintain professional standards and engage in CPD
What We’re Looking For:
- NMC registration with no restrictions
- Minimum 12 months post‑qualification experience
- Band 5–6 nurses with experience using 999, 111 or similar IT systems
- Strong clinical knowledge across varied conditions
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
- Confident with IT systems and typing (30 wpm minimum)
