The Role
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering successful Salesforce implementations, leading client engagements, and designing innovative solutions to drive business transformation. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, helping to shape the future of our business while developing your own expertise.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Strategy: Lead client discussions to understand business goals, processes, and requirements through workshops and interviews. Advise on best practices, identify risks, and recommend solutions that align with client needs and budget.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design Salesforce architecture and custom functions to meet client specifications. Oversee and/or execute the configuration and build of Salesforce solutions to ensure high-quality, production-ready delivery. Manage and/or execute data transformation and migration into Salesforce. Execute quality assurance activities, ensuring system functionality meets design specifications.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Deliver system demonstrations, client reviews, and training sessions to ensure successful adoption. Provide expert advice on system adoption best practices and change management strategies.
- Continuous Development: Stay up to date with Salesforce advancements and maintain relevant certifications. Proactively contribute to the growth and success of Ignyto through knowledge-sharing and mentorship.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience leading successful Salesforce implementation and managed service projects.
- Hands-on expertise with the Salesforce platform and suite of products.
- Experience working within a Salesforce partner practice is essential.
- Strong ability to identify technical solutions, optimize business processes, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud is a plus.
- Certifications (Minimum Required): Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
