About Us
Our mission? Creating equal access to coaching at work. How we make it happen? Our AI coaching platform replicates the coaching of 9 of the world's top experts. Forget ChatGPT wrappers, AI chatbots, or clunky 3D avatars. Our multimodal platform is fuelled by the top 0.1% experts, and includes real-time advice features bringing insights from world-class coaches into the flow of work. Our latest obsession: real-time augmentation. Providing the advice people need in the flow of work, without even asking for it. We're early, we're ambitious, and we're doing something that hasn't been done before. The kind of thing that's equal parts exciting and terrifying - in a good way.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Lead (AI Platform) with exceptional product judgement, enough technical depth to lead engineers with credibility, and the ambition to grow fast into a Senior Leadership Role. Someone who likes to punch above their weight and is excited by the idea of building the 1st ever learning tool with 100% active users.
- Are you customer-obsessed? You start from pains, behaviours, and ROI — then turn that into a product strategy people can actually execute.
- Are you technical enough to lead? You won't be expected to write code, but you can understand architecture, challenge trade-offs, read what the code is telling you, and help a tech team make better decisions.
- Are you execution-driven? You can drive a product vision into priorities, specs, rituals, and delivery plans — with tight feedback loops until the outcome is real.
- Are you strategic? You will work directly with Ben, CEO and founder on our startup's #1 goal: taking off and unlocking that series A round.
Last but not least, this role is for risk-takers only. Don't apply if you seek a predictable, comfortable job.
What You'll Be Doing
- Bring the company's product vision and tech strategy to life — turning big direction into clear priorities, product bets, and execution plans.
- Lead and coordinate a small team of talented engineers: define what matters, remove ambiguity, keep momentum high, and make sure we ship the right things fast.
- Own the product discovery loop: customer pains, usage data, feedback, sales insights, support signals, and the 16-month worth of data we already have (and counting!).
- Define the roadmap and keep it brutally focused on impact: activation, retention, engagement, customer ROI, enterprise readiness, and the path to Series A.
- Write crisp product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision memos that help engineers move without endless meetings.
- Build the rituals that make a startup product team work: prioritisation, sprint planning, feedback loops, release management, post-launch reviews, and clear trade-off calls.
- Shape our AI experiences — things like RAG pipelines, multimodal user experiences, and LLM-powered experiences that actually work in production — from a product and customer-value angle.
- Embed Ignitus into the flow of work with low-complexity integrations, making sure the product fits real workflows instead of asking users to change habits.
- Partner with engineering on architecture and scalability decisions: not as the person writing code, but as the person who understands the implications for customers, speed, quality, and risk.
- Own product quality with the team: make sure shipped experiences are clear, useful, reliable, and polished enough to earn trust.
- Support the CEO / sales team during enterprise conversations, IT audits, product demos, and roadmap discussions with prospects and customers.
- Keep the platform secure, stable, and scalable as we grow fast — with a practical understanding of data, security, and compliance expectations.
What You'll Bring
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or highly product-oriented technical lead in a startup or fast-moving small team.
- A strong ability to understand customer pains, quantify value, and build product decisions around ROI rather than opinions.
- Enough technical depth to work closely with engineers on architecture, APIs, data flows, AI systems, security, and scalability trade-offs.
- Experience leading technical projects or teams, even if you were not the direct line manager.
- Comfort working with AI products, LLM-powered experiences, RAG, vector databases, or complex data-driven products — and the curiosity to go deep where needed.
- Excellent product execution skills: prioritisation, roadmap management, specs, release planning, stakeholder management, and post-launch learning loops.
- A bias for clarity: you can turn messy ideas into decisions, trade-offs, documents, and next steps that a team can rally around.
- Strong communication with both engineers and commercial teams — you can bridge customer needs, technical constraints, sales urgency, and company strategy.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, IT audits, data/security reviews, or HR/L&D products would be a big plus.
- A curiosity for how people learn and grow — and how tech can help with that.
- Leadership potential: you don't need a big title on day one, but you should want to earn more scope very quickly.
Why This Role
- You'll be joining at take-off stage, where every product decision shapes how high the company can go. If you succeed, the team will 2-3x in the next 12 months, opening up opportunities to step up into more senior roles.
- You'll be the product person closest to the product, the engineers, the customers, and the CEO — with the chance to earn a Head of Product-level role fast through impact.
- You'll get to work with cutting-edge AI tech — not just talk about it.
- You'll have a lot of autonomy, trust, and influence within a small and passionate team.
- The equity package and progression reflects how important this role is — you'll have real ownership in where this goes.
If you love the idea of building an AI product that actually helps people — and you want to be there from the start, helping shape both the product and the culture — we'd love to chat.
