Our AI coaching platform replicates the coaching of 9 of the world’s top experts. We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer with exceptional capabilities seeking to grow into a Senior Leadership Role. Someone who likes to punch above their weight and is excited by the idea of building the 1st ever learning tool with 100% active users.
- Are you an AI expert? We’re looking for an AI expert who will find it exciting to obsess and innovate in the field of real-time augmentation.
- You understand users, and love owning features end-to-end: from product thinking and technical design to shipping polished experiences.
- This role is for risk-takers only. Adjust course based on 16 months worth of data and user feedback (and counting!).
- Build out our AI experiences — things like RAG pipelines, multimodal user experiences, and LLM-powered experiences that actually work in production.
- Own Data and Security policy. Support the CEO/sales team during IT audits.
- Experience leading technical projects or teams (startups or small teams are a big plus).
- Strong background in Python, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with LLMs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Hands-on experience deploying AI systems in production.
- Experience in dealing with IT audits with prospects.
- A good grasp of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- A curiosity for how people learn and grow — and how tech can help with that.
