Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Transport Supervisor, to be based with our client in Doncaster. Full training will be provided for this role, but it is important that you can demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and show that you have transferable skills.

Transport knowledge is preferable, as you will be working in a busy transport office, and the role will include:

  • Leading the Transport Team, ensuring all duties are undertaken
  • Updating delivery schedules
  • Managing rota planning and ensuring staff absence is covered
  • Dealing with escalations and customer complaints
  • Performance & output

You will play a key role in ensuring continuous improvement and encouraging the company culture at all times.

The role is full-time, with weekend working required as the depot operates Tuesday to Saturday. It is important that you are able to be flexible when it comes to working hours.

Competitive hourly pay rates of £12.45 to £18.68 per hour.
