As the Sales Administrator you will sit within the New Business Team and be responsible for providing administration and sales support for a market‑changing organization that specialises in the discovery and distribution of innovative and disruptive IT security and networking solutions. You will work on the newest technologies, primarily focusing on Software, Cloud and SaaS solutions.

Your role and responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:

  • Provide in‑house sales support to internal and external sales teams, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered
  • Create and administer quotations
  • Manage inbound customer orders, checking they are complete and accurate
  • Direct inbound sales opportunities to the relevant teams
  • Liaise with customers to acquire missing information
  • Work to KPI’s and SLA’s for the turnaround of all quotations and orders
  • Ensure all customers have up‑to‑date terms and conditions
  • Liaise with customers to manage delivery expectations
  • Work with our finance team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Input and maintain data on Salesforce to ensure reports are accurate
  • Assist with the sales forecast and pipeline and produce reports
  • Manage incoming partners and opportunities
  • Understand and manage the distribution sales process
  • Some travel may be required to attend external events

The ideal Sales Administrator will:

  • Be confident, outgoing and personable with prior Customer Service or sales and Administration experience
  • Be organised, structured and efficient in work, with strong attention to detail
  • Have previous quoting experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Have a flexible approach and the ability to work successfully in different environments
  • Be customer‑service driven and enjoy developing excellent customer relationships
  • Enjoy working in a team that always strives to foster a positive team environment
  • Be at least educated up to A‑levels or equivalent
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
