About this role: This role is responsible for building and activating go to market strategies for high potential innovation vendors. These vendors are earlier in their channel maturity and require hands on marketing leadership to establish presence, enable partners, and generate pipeline. Unlike established vendors, this role focuses on creation over optimisation, developing repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and campaigns from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities as the Vendor Marketing Manager:

  • Go to Market Strategy
    • Own end to end GTM plans for innovation vendors entering or scaling within the ecosystem
    • Define positioning, messaging, and target audiences
    • Design and execute launch campaigns that create awareness and initial traction
    • Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned vendors, ensuring alignment on strategy, approvals, and performance reporting
  • Campaign Development
    • Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns [email, social, events, landing pages]
    • Develop high impact demand generation programmes that drive measurable pipeline
    • Oversee campaign performance, optimisation, and reporting
    • Build strong relationships to increase partner engagement and marketing adoption
  • Partner Activation and Enablement
    • Work closely with Sales to identify, onboard, and activate the right partners
    • Drive co marketing initiatives with partners to accelerate pipeline
    • Equip partners with simple, effective campaigns they can execute independently
  • Marketing Toolkit & Playbook Creation
    • Develop repeatable “campaign-in-a-box” toolkits for vendors and partners
    • Create scalable playbooks that simplify execution and drive consistency across the ecosystem
    • Continuously refine frameworks based on performance and partner feedback
  • Budget Activation & ROI Ownership
    • Recommend high-impact activities across events and experiences
    • Manage MDF Funds (MDF), including planning, compliance, execution, and claims
    • Track, measure, and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness
    • Use data and analytics to inform decision making and improve performance

Person specification:

  • Proven experience in customer marketing and/or channel marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or channel driven environment.
  • Strong background in managing vendor relationships, alliances, and marketing development funds.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate campaign insights into strategic recommendations.
