Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic sales hunter to drive BT & CrowdStrike's growth through the partnership, utilising data-led selling approaches to maximise revenue and partner enablement. This role will concentrate on creating and closing new security opportunities through the BT/CrowdStrike partnership. This role will report to Ignition Vendor Sales Manager, with Indirect reporting to CrowdStrike BT Alliances Team & BT Managing Director Security.
Responsibilities:
- Drive CrowdStrike revenue growth and profit targets across BT’s UK based customers via Managed Services and Resale.
- This role will be expected to be seen as trusted strategic CrowdStrike advisor to BT sales teams across Corporate, Public Sector and SMB.
- Hunt and close new security opportunities.
- Identify and pursue security projects within BT's strategic accounts.
- Act as extension to CrowdStrike BT Alliance Management team, managing relationships across BT, CrowdStrike & Ignition Technology.
- Implement data-driven selling strategies to identify and close opportunities.
- Enable partner sales teams on BT & CrowdStrike Managed Service, CrowdStrike solutions and competitive differentiation.
- Work in collaboration with CrowdStrike Alliance team to coordinate marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns.
- Deliver sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and KPI tracking.
- Support partner enablement and business development activities.
- Driving security pipeline and closing deals into existing and new joint BT/CrowdStrike customers.
- Any ad hoc duties as defined by your line manager.
Person Specification:
- 3+ years IT channel sales experience - Preferably telco experience.
- Proven hunter mentality with track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven track record in cybersecurity sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven approach with strategic thinking capability.
- Self-motivated with proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM system, marketing automation tool and data analytics platforms to support decision making and performance tracking.
