About the role: We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Salesforce Administrator with 3–4 years of hands‑on experience to support and enhance our Salesforce platform within a fast‑paced commercial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, optimisation, and support of Salesforce, primarily across Sales Cloud, with exposure to or interest in Revenue Cloud/CPQ highly desirable. You’ll partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance and Technology teams to support business growth across the UK and wider EMEA region by:
- Driving Salesforce adoption
- Improving business processes

Your Responsibilities as the Salesforce Administrator:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and security settings.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to business users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system queries in a timely manner.
- Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox refreshes, testing activities, and deployment coordination.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality including:
- Flows and automation
- Page layouts and Lightning pages
- Custom objects, fields, and record types
- Reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, usability, and scalability.
- Support and optimise Sales Cloud processes including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales automation.
- Assist with Revenue Cloud/CPQ administration activities such as product setup, pricing configuration, quote generation, discount approvals, and quote‑to‑cash processes where applicable.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance teams to improve commercial workflows and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Deliver user training, guidance, and documentation to improve adoption and system usage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in CRM roadmap planning.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, and governance.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Monitor system usage and platform performance metrics.
- Any ad‑hoc duties as defined by your line manager.

Essential Experience and skills:
- 3–4 years’ hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience within a commercial or enterprise environment.
- Strong experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Proven experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g. Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, Lightning App Builder).
- Good understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting users and delivering end‑user training.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, collaborative, and customer‑focused mindset.
- Confident communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

- Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Quote‑to‑Cash processes.

- Experience working with sandbox environments and release management processes.
- Exposure to data management tools such as Data Loader.
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant or CPQ Specialist (desirable).
