About the role: The Renewals Administrator will be responsible for managing contract renewals while providing essential sales and administrative support. Your Responsibilities as the Renewals Administrator:

  • Create and provide administration of quotations.
  • Manage renewals orders, checking they are complete and accurate.
  • Advise Partners on their customers’ upcoming renewals and ensure all relevant information is provided.
  • Track quotes and orders from start to finish.
  • Work to KPI’s and SLAs for the turnaround of all quotations and orders.
  • Direct inbound sales opportunities to the relevant teams.
  • Liaise with customers to manage delivery expectations.
  • Work with our finance team and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Input and maintain data on Salesforce to ensure reports are accurate.
  • Understand and manage the distribution sales process.
  • Some travel may be required to attend external events.
  • Any ad hoc duties as defined by your line manager.

Person specification:

  • Previous Customer Service and/or Administration experience.
  • Be self‑motivated, organised, structured, deadline driven with excellent time management skills.
  • Have strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a flexible approach and enjoy working in a team, always striving to foster a positive team environment.
  • Be articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous quoting experience would be ideal but not essential.
  • Previous CRM experience would be ideal but not essential.
