- Good understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting users and delivering end-user training
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset
- Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
