DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities are to provide internal sales support to help Ignition deliver a high-quality sales service and to become the "go to" security software distributor. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing in-house sales support to internal and external sales personnel
  • The creation and administration of quotations
  • Handling inbound customer orders, checking they are complete and accurate
  • Directing inbound sales opportunities to the relevant business units
  • Liaising with Customers where information is missing
  • Information input and maintenance into Salesforce CRM to ensure reports are accurate
  • Assistance in production of sales forecast reports
  • Assisting with Forecast & Pipeline
  • Dealing with incoming partners and opportunities
  • Being able to understand the sales process
  • Any ad hoc duties as defined by your line manager
