The opportunity We are looking for a highly committed, ambitious Sales enthusiast to join a developing team within our business. As Sales Support Executive, you will support and maintain exceptional levels of service across the sales process and offer world-class aftersales support to our growing customer base. Working within our wholesale division, you will specialise in our market leading Ecostrad products. Ecostrad is at the forefront of energy-efficient heating, trusted in thousands of homes and experiencing explosive growth. Your role will facilitate continued growth by developing strong, lasting relationships with third parties, customers, and internal stakeholders to guarantee top-notch service and the best solutions for our customers. You will play a vital role in the growth of this brand by taking end-to-end ownership of the sales process. You will enjoy wearing numerous hats and respond quickly to the demands of customers and partners. You’ll take great initiative, adapt, re-prioritise and be energised by the great variety this role has to offer. Not only will you get to work with great autonomy, but you’ll also receive great training and support so you can develop, stretch, and progress as we continue to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering and processing incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing purchase orders accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Developing great relationships to support growth and achieve the ambitions of the team
  • Creating reports covering prospects, quotes – won and lost, sales pipeline and OTIF deliveries
  • Inputting and updating prospect/customer/quote information into the CRM system
  • Collating information regarding more complex plans and liaising with the wider team to provide a quotation to the client
  • Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and managing customer expectations
  • Processing and managing customer returns, ensuring any delays are identified and resolved
  • Working to KPIs to ensure best-in-class service provision
