Job Title: Administrator

Location: Oldbury

Pay Rate: £13 p/h

Working Hours: Monday – Friday/ Friday – Monday (Various Shifts and Start Times Available)

Experience: 1 year experience is preferred

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Transport Administrators in Oldbury to work for our client, who are one of the UK's largest parcel distribution companies.

For this role you would need:

• Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• To be comfortable working alone or as part of a team

Administrator - the role & responsibilities:

The role will include:

• Dispatching transport drivers, agency drivers, and subcontracted routes.
• Ensuring on-time departures and managing exception reporting.
• Performing general administrative tasks, such as answering telephone queries, printing route paperwork and maps.
• Providing additional administrative support to the LGV Coordinators, Transport Shift Managers and Transport Operations Managers.

Working Times:

• Monday – Friday (8 hours 30 mins) Various start times available
• Friday – Monday (10 hours 30 mins) Various start times available

About you:

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to & from the site for your shift.We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
