Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Forklift Drivers with Counterbalance experience in Glasgow to work with our client, who is one of the UK\’s leading retailers of DIY and home & gardenware.

This role will also include working as a Warehouse Operative and will not just be operating the FLT so you will be flexible and open to compelting different tasks within the warehouse.

Hours: Shifts are allocated on a 3 weekly rotation and you will be required to work Days, Backs and Nights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operating a Forklift Truck with Counterbalance to
  • Receive, check and store incoming goods
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders
• Loading and unloading items
• Stowaway of items
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regulat stock checks

This role may require other duties, so you should be flexible and willing to learn new skills.

Working Hours:
Shifts are allocated on a 3 weekly rotation and you will be required to work

• Days
• Backs
• Nights

For this role, you will need to have had your Forklift Licence for at least 12 months experience and have 3 months experience on Counterbalance. Your licences must be RTITB certified.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
