Job Title: Class 2 Driver - handling and delivering carpets - heavy lifting required
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Pay Rates: £20.25to £30.38p/h
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 10 hour shifts guaranteed (06:00 starts)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)
Experience: Minimum 12 months experience driving commercially
Licence Type: Class 2
Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Hemel Hempstead to work with our client, whoare the UK's best carpet manufacturer.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle
- Multi-drop Deliveries - dropping carpet off at various locations
- Manual handling - moving heavy carpet (equipment provided)
- Vehicle checks and the usual paperwork
As this is a customer/client facing role, we are looking for people who are clean and tidy and havethe ability to deal with different types of people.
About you:
Youmusthave your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least12 months experience driving commercially.You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements.
As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements and you will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and also a driving assessment.
Youmustbe a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.
