We're looking for a talented Creative Artworker to join our growing team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for design, and the technical expertise to transform concepts into polished, production-ready artwork, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Creative Artworker, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality visual communications across print and digital channels. Working closely with our talented team of 2D and 3D designers, account managers, and production teams, you'll ensure creative concepts are executed flawlessly, consistently, and on brand. From refining layouts and preparing large-format artwork for production to adapting campaigns across multiple formats, you'll be the final quality checkpoint before projects go live.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating accurate, production-ready artwork from approved creative concepts
- Adapting campaigns across a variety of formats including print, digital, social media, large format, packaging, and point-of-sale materials
- Ensuring brand consistency across all assets and touchpoints
- Checking files thoroughly for quality, accuracy, and technical compliance
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to solve creative and technical challenges
- Preparing artwork for print and digital production, ensuring all specifications are met
- Maintaining and organising artwork libraries and asset management systems
About you:
- Proven experience in a Creative Artworker or Artworker role
- Knowledge of exhibition stands, large-format artwork, POS and packaging
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset creation
- Excellent layout, typography, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding work
Nice to have:
- Experience working within agency, retail, or corporate environments
- Understanding of motion graphics or video editing would be a bonus, but not essential
