The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Account Manager to join our growing client services team. This is a key role that will work across accounts; working with the project management team on the delivery of live and virtual exhibitions and events whilst continuing to develop client relationships. The role will include supporting client and project requirements, facilitating the creation of new content, and ensuring all necessary approvals are in place.
What you'll be doing
- Building and growing strong relationships with your clients, operating at the appropriate level, and owning these relationships independently of your seniors
- Understand your clients' accounts, their business, the industry they are in and their strategic objectives
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction by delivering allocated tasks on time and to a high standard
- Identify new opportunities to grow client accounts both sustainably and profitably
- When required, travelling to events to support clients
- Helping develop our offering to current and new clients
- Embedding yourself in multiple teams, attending meetings with project managers, clients, and technical teams
- Working alongside other team members to ensure that projects are delivered successfully
- Understanding the client requirements
- Managing project calls with the client and ensuring timelines are met
- Gathering content from the client
- Proofreading
- Liaising with resource management to ensure timely delivery of assets and artwork from the design and digital studio
- Ensuring all housekeeping (budgets, timing plans, briefs, project status reports, workflow etc.) is maintained accurately and in a timely manner
- On occasion, participating in new business pitches
About you
You will ideally have several years' experience of working in a similar agency environment. You will be familiar with the events and exhibition industry and will have managed client projects across a variety of clients, with an exemplary track record of delivering when working to deadlines. You will need exceptional communication skills with a good command of the English language. You will love a challenge and are motivated by your clients' ambitions; dedicated and focused on helping them to achieve their objectives.

- After 5 years of service, you accrue 1 extra day per year, up to total holiday allowance of 30 days.
