The role will include supporting client and project requirements, facilitating the creation of new content, and ensuring all necessary approvals are in place.

  • Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction by delivering allocated tasks on time and to a high standard.
  • Identifying new opportunities to grow client accounts both sustainably and profitably.
  • When required, travelling to events to support clients.
  • Helping develop our offering to current and new clients.
  • Embedding yourself in multiple teams, attending meetings with project managers, clients, and technical teams.
  • Working alongside other team members to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Understanding the client requirements.
  • Managing project calls with the client and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Gathering content from the client.
  • Proofreading.
  • Liaising with resource management to ensure timely delivery of assets and artwork from the design and digital studio.
  • Ensuring all housekeeping (budgets, timing plans, briefs, project status reports, workflow etc.) is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
  • On occasion, participating in new business pitches.

About you

You will ideally have several years’ experience of working in a similar agency environment. You will be familiar with the events and exhibition industry and will have managed client projects across a variety of clients, with an exemplary track record of delivering when working to deadlines. You will need exceptional communication skills with a good command of the English language. You will love a challenge and are motivated by your clients' ambitions; dedicated and focused on helping them to achieve their objectives.
