We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Producer to join a busy production team to deliver audio visual and print advertising campaigns for the entertainment industry.
The agency, founded in 2003, Ignition Creative makes trailers, promos, sizzles, spots, key art, content, digital & social media campaigns for producers, sales agents, streamers, broadcasters and distributors in the entertainment industries. Our purpose has always been to use our passion for entertainment to ignite stories and emotions that inspire audiences around the world.
This role is ideal for someone who has 1+ year's experience in the entertainment industry - either agency or client side - with a demonstrable interest in entertainment advertising. This is not an entry level role. We're looking for someone with career aspirations to progress through the producer ranks. If you binge on trailers and feast on social media campaigns and find it easy talking about why they did or didn't engage you, then this could be a great fit for you.
We're looking for a candidate who will be self-motivated but also works well within a team and has experience thriving in a fast-paced and demanding environment balancing multiple jobs and deadlines.
The role:
- Bring energy, understanding and passion to every project.
- From conception through to delivery, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on all types of projects including B2C trailers and B2B promos as well as social campaigns.
- Be the point person for all client communications through the life of their projects.
- Financial management of projects to ensure we're working to budget.
- Have a good understanding of every discipline to accurately estimate time needed for scheduling.
- Scope out creative briefs and understand what's needed to elevate beyond this.
- Follow internal workflows and best practices throughout the life of every project.
- Have a working knowledge of creative software including Avid and Adobe Suite.
- Nurture the relationships with your clients in order to achieve regular collaborations.
- Have an interest in trade news and have a keen awareness of significant industry dates.
