Ihre Aufgaben
- Beratung von Kunden bei SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformationen und der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Finanzorganisation.
- Analyse bestehender Finance-Prozesse sowie Entwicklung zukünftiger Zielbilder („Target Operating Models“) für Finance und Controlling.
- Verantwortung über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus – von Analyse und Lösungsdesign über Build und Testing bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung.
- Gestaltung und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen über Finance und Controlling hinweg.
- Durchführung von Workshops mit Finance-, Controlling- und IT-Stakeholdern sowie Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in SAP-Lösungen.
- Beratung zu Reporting-, Governance- und Steuerungsmodellen auf Basis von SAP S/4HANA.
- Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Projektteams und Unterstützung bei Transformations- und Change-Initiativen.
- Mitwirkung an Innovation, Methodenentwicklung und dem Ausbau fachlicher Best Practices.
Ihr Profil
- SAP Finance & Controlling Expertise
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP FI/CO Consultant innerhalb komplexer SAP-Transformationsprogramme.
- Mindestens zwei vollständige SAP S/4HANA Implementierungen oder Transformationen mit Schwerpunkt Finance.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden SAP S/4HANA Finance Bereiche:
- SAP FI – Financial Accounting
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting / Treasury Integration
- Transformation & Advisory Erfahrung in:
- Finance Transformation Programmen
- Target Operating Model Design
- Prozessharmonisierung und Standardisierung
- Finance Governance und Controls
- Reporting- und Steuerungsmodelle
- Business Transformation und Stakeholder Management
