Job Description

We are working with a successful mid-sized SAP consulting company in Germany specializing in SAP transformation, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Manufacturing.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Marketing Manager with strong expertise in digital marketing and content creation to strengthen the company's market presence and support business growth.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the SAP consulting business.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across Linked In, website, email and other relevant channels.
  • Develop high-quality content, including articles, thought leadership, case studies, newsletters, presentations and social media content.
  • Work closely with SAP consultants and leadership to turn technical expertise into engaging, market-facing content.
  • Manage the company's Linked In and digital presence and increase brand visibility within the SAP market.
  • Support lead generation, employer branding and business development activities.
  • Plan and coordinate webinars, events, campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers and marketing partners where required.
  • Track marketing performance using relevant KPIs, analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Identify new digital trends, technologies and opportunities, including AI-driven marketing.
  • Support sales and recruitment teams with marketing materials, campaigns and content.
  • Your skills and experience
  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SAP, IT consulting, technology or professional services.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Linked In, SEO, email marketing, websites and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex SAP/technology topics.
  • Experience creating thought leadership, case studies, articles and social media content.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Creative, commercially minded and able to work independently.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing automation is advantageous.
  • Fluent German and strong English.
