Für eine internationale Beratungsorganisation suchen wir einen erfahrenen SAP FI/CO Consultant (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, der Kunden von der strategischen Ausrichtung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung begleitet. In dieser Rolle agieren Sie als Trusted Advisor und übernehmen Verantwortung über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus – von Analyse und Lösungsdesign bis zur Implementierung und erfolgreichen Einführung.
- SAP CO-PC – Product Costing / Product Cost Controlling
- SAP CO-PA – Margin Analysis / Profitabilitätsanalyse
- SAP CO-OM – Overhead Management / Kostenstellenrechnung
- SAP Profit Center & Segment Reporting (S/4HANA Finance / Universal Journal)
- SAP PS / SAP EPPM – Projektcontrolling und Projektportfoliomanagement
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Beratung von Kunden bei SAP S/4HANA Finance- und Controlling-Transformationen.
- Verantwortung für die Phasen Design, Build, Test, Deployment und Go-Live innerhalb von SAP-Projekten.
- Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Finance- und Controlling-Prozesse gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen.
- Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Übersetzung in skalierbare SAP-Lösungen.
- Moderation von Workshops sowie Beratung zur Definition zukünftiger Zielprozesse („To-Be“-Design).
- Zusammenarbeit in internationalen und interdisziplinären Projektteams.
- Mitwirkung an Wissensaufbau, Innovation und der Weiterentwicklung von Best Practices.
Ihr Profil:
Fachliche Anforderungen:- Mindestens zwei vollständige SAP S/4HANA Projektzyklen als SAP FI/CO Consultant.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus – von Design bis Delivery.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP Controlling (CO).
- Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
- Product Costing CO-PC
- Profit Center- und Segment Reporting EC-PCA
- Margin Analysis CO-PA
- Overhead Management CO-OM
- Project Systems / EPPM CO-PS
- Integration & Prozessverständnis.
- Tiefes Verständnis von Finance- und Controlling-Prozessen.
- Erfahrung in der Integration von SAP CO mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Sales & Distribution (SD), Supply Chain und Manufacturing.
- Fähigkeit, Kunden bei der Definition zukünftiger Prozess- und Betriebsmodelle zu beraten.
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1/C2) ist zwingend erforderlich.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Erfahrung aus Beratung, Systemintegration oder spezialisierten SAP-Umfeldern ist von Vorteil.
