Due to growing demand from our client network and quantity of new jobs, we are expanding our team in our new office in Moorgate. As an SAP recruiter with us, you will play a key role in finding top talent to drive our continued success and growth. In addition, you will receive a competitive salary, 2 fully paid business trips (the last one was to Mexico), uncapped commission, profit sharing, and much more! We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented German speaker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and hiring talented professionals with expertise in SAP technologies. You will use AI tools and headhunting methods to expand your network and attract the best SAP talent on the European market. Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, AI automation, direct outreach, social media, and referrals to attract qualified SAP professionals. Screen resumes and conduct qualification processes for specific SAP positions. Build and maintain a strong SAP talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to develop hiring strategies. Your experience and skills: Fluency in German and English is essential for this position. You have experience in recruitment or sales, ideally in the SAP market or a similar technology market. You are motivated to succeed and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are committed to continuous development and learning new recruitment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders. Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). A university degree is not required.
