Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest-growing D2C subscription challenger brands in the UK. The business has grown over 200% year-on-year, now turns over £20m+ annually, and has a clear plan to reach £100m by 2030.
The brand has nicknamed 2026 the "Year of the Brand" and is on a mission to unify paid and organic into one creator-led content engine, including spearheading the launch of TikTok Shop. If you're a performance-creative operator or a Senior Performance Creative Strategist who believes the future of marketing is creator-led, this is a rare opportunity to build that engine from the ground up.
The role:
This is not a Creative Director role, and it's not influencer marketing - it's about people and performance. You'll be a talent scout at heart: finding awesome creators, building a core inner circle who become true content partners, and running one engine that feeds paid ads and organic social alike. You'll own creative strategy end-to-end: the angles, hooks, briefs and testing process - bringing the discipline of a good ad to everything the brand produces, organic included. You'll also build and lead the team around you, from creative strategists to creator partnership managers.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- A proven track record of building a creator-led content engine that fed paid social, with results to back it up
- A performance-creative background (creative strategist, performance creative, growth creative) - this could be the ideal next step for a Senior Creative Strategist ready to step up into a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of what makes content convert and travel across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- A natural talent-spotter and people person - the kind of operator creators want to work with
- Genuine passion for health, fitness or the outdoors, and a real feel for that world
- Bonus points if you know your way around the Hudson Method - we'll ask!
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you:
- Competitive basic salary (£70k - £90k, depending on experience)
- Fully remote working, UK
- Performance-based bonus and/or equity
- AXA Healthcare scheme
- Monthly wellbeing allowance
- Personal Development & Learning allowance
